What if I live in HILO?
Local to us? Enter a local address at checkout and choose either local pickup or local delivery before completing your order if you do not want your order shipped.
- Enjoy free in-town Hilo delivery daily, 8:30–9:30 AM
- Pick up is available (Waiakea Uka area) from 10-7 PM daily
Once your order is placed, you will be contacted via text message at the number you provide to arrange your pick up/delivery.
What is your sales policy?
Return Policy
All sales at Heart & Sole Hawaii are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please ensure you are purchasing the correct size, style, and model before completing your order.
If you have any questions regarding sizing or product details, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchasing—we are always happy to assist.
Please review your shipping and contact information carefully at checkout. Heart & Sole Hawaii is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Once approved, you will have 7 days from the date of notification to return the item in its original condition for a full refund.
Returns received after the 14-day window will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20%.
Manufacturing Defects
Heart & Sole Hawaii is not responsible for manufacturer defects. We do not control the manufacturing process of the products we sell, and any issues related to defects after use must be addressed directly with the brand or manufacturer.

Every product sold at Heart & Sole Hawaii is 100% authentic and verified.
All sneakers and apparel are carefully inspected to ensure they meet brand authenticity standards before being listed for sale. We source responsibly and take authenticity seriously, because trust is at the core of everything we do.
We do not sell replicas, fakes, or unauthorized products—ever. When you shop with us, you can feel confident knowing every item is genuine, carefully selected, and backed by our commitment to quality and transparency.
What are your standards of Preowned Pairs?
Each pair goes through a multi-step inspection process, where we examine:
- Overall structure and shape
- Soles, midsoles, and tread wear
- Stitching, materials, and construction
- Laces, insoles, and interior condition
Only sneakers that meet our quality standards are accepted into our collection.
Before reaching you, every pair is fully sanitized using sneaker-safe, non-toxic cleaning solutions designed to eliminate bacteria and odors while protecting the integrity of the materials. Each shoe is cleaned inside and out and allowed to properly dry to ensure freshness and comfort.
We believe pre-owned doesn’t mean compromised. It means quality, care, and transparency—so you can shop with confidence, knowing every pair has been handled with intention and respect.

The Heart & Soul behind HEART & SOLE
It all started in the summer of 2022, when one of my kids asked for a pair of Jordans he saw on TikTok. I took him to the mall, asked a sales associate for them… and was laughed at. I was told they were a special release that didn’t “sit on shelves,” and that I’d be lucky to ever find them at retail.
I turned to third-party resellers—and nearly fell over when I saw the prices.
That moment sparked something bigger. I made it my mission to make sneakers more affordable for the everyday consumer by offering the best deals in the market—guaranteed. I also began incorporating carefully selected pre-owned pairs into my lineup, giving customers access to exclusive styles at a fraction of the cost.
What started as a mom trying to make her kid happy turned into a small business built on fairness, accessibility, and love for the sneaker community.
Thank you for supporting my dream and allowing me to finally put my Master’s degree in Business to use. I’m just trying to make my parents proud—and, more importantly, set an example for my children.
